Mambrui, Malindi, Kenya – 20.05.15 –  Kola Beach Resort today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. Now in its fifth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience. 

 

When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site.  To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

The 5 star resort is made up of about 30 villas, some for rent or sale with a huge pool of Galana seabed in a sheltered area surrounded by greenery to ensure privacy and discretion, other intended for Hotel. Hotel? Villas? Exactly! Kola Beach is an unique Resort. Our "HOTEL" area is not composed by simple rooms, but by VILLAS! Each villa has two standard and comfortable Junior Rooms on the ground floor, with a living room and veranda as public areas, while the Major Suite is on the top floor, with a magnificent private terrace overlooking the sea or the immense tropical garden of palm trees and Bouganville. All equipped with minibar, air conditioning, safe and all comforts.

Il Resort 5 stelle è composto da circa 30 ville, alcune in affitto o vendita con una enorme piscina dal fondale in Galana in un'area riparata immersa nel verde per garantire privacy e discrezione, altre adibite ad Hotel. Hotel? Ville? Esatto! Il Kola Beach non è un banale Resort. La nostra area "HOTEL" non è composta da semplici stanze, ma VILLE! Ogni villa ospita due semplici e confortevoli Junior Rooms al piano terra, con salottino e veranda come aree comuni, e una Major Suite al piano superiore, con una magnifica terrazza privata vista mare o vista sull'immenso giardino tropicale fatto di palme e Bouganville. Tutte dotate di frigobar, aria condizionata e cassafort ed ogni confort.

Tutto gira intorno alla soddisfazione del cliente. Il personale cerca sempre di anticipare ogni Vostro desiderio, parla un perfetto inglese e non se la cava male neanche con l'italiano. La Nostra mission è quella di coccolare i Nostri ospiti come nei migliori Boutique Hotel e farli sentire come a casa, quasi in famiglia, grazie anche al rapporto diretto col magement sempre presente e disponibile.
