Magical Kenya Travel Expo is one of the major event in Africa organized by the Kenya Tourism Board which host every year for the past five editions international guests from the major key countries for the tourism market in Kenya. Tour operators, travel agents, hoteliers and marketers have the opportunity to meet with key players of the Kenyan market and discuss their strategies, business, market trends and more.
MKTE is one of the fairs that are growing exponentially more in the African continent and in the tourism industry in general and it is an opportunity for Kenya to reaffirm its position within the geographical reference, but also to work on the perception of the destination.
This year's edition includes, for the tour operators who register, the opportunity to participate in a pre-show tour to learn more about this beautiful destination. Options range from Classic Bush & Beach Experience the Culture & Adventure Experience, from the Swahili Coast Experience the Conservation & Responsible Tourism, the Nairobi City Tour and surroundings. Each of these possibilities, within it, contains many other "subcategories" tour, in order to satisfy everyone's needs and allow operators in the sector to deepen aspects and issues still little known.
After the welcome gala dinner, to be held on October 9 in Nairobi, participants will leave for the chosen route (10-13 October). The 14 will be dedicated to training and team building in Diani, with related activities such as golf, water sports, cultural experiences. And then, 15 to 17 will start the day dedicated to the fair
