Everything's ready for MALINDI MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL

From April 3rd Malindi will host the fifth annual event starring food, dancing and culture (African and non).

With the support of Kilifi County Government, are on the agenda: the Food Contest organized by MALINDI WATAMU TOURISM ASSOCIATION @ Museum of Malindi where local chefs will show off their culinary arts; photographic exhibitions; Dhow races; concerts and dances.

Event that, during the Easter holidays, is attracting many tourists especially from Nairobi. Thanks also to airlines as JamboJet demonstrating appreciate the initiatives of the territory by promoting flights to Malindi with very competitive prices.

The massive promotion of our tourist destination is bearing fruits.

Just think about the commitment and hard work that the Malindi Watamu Tourism Association is doing. The association, which sees entrepreneurs and institutions collaborate to boost tourism on the coast, has already achieved important goals, first of all the success at the 'African Travel Show in Nairobi with the most viewed stand of the entire event. Many others to achieve: International Airport Malindi remains a priority; new routes already planning to extend our tourist offer to countries like Uganda, Rwanda and Ethiopia; flights from Milan and Rome to Malindi via Nairobi.

Everything is moving in the right direction.

Dal 3 Aprile Malindi sarà teatro della V edizione dell'evento che vede protagonisti cibo, danze e cultura (africane e non).Con il patrocinio del Kilifi County Government, sono in agenda: il Food Contest organizzato dalla MALINDI WATAMU TOURISM ASSOCIATION @ Museo di Malindi che vedrà cuochi locali sfoggiare le loro arti culinarie; mostre fotografiche; gare di Dhow; concerti e danze.
Evento che, in occasione delle festività di Pasqua, sta attirando numerosi turisti soprattutto da Nairobi. Merito anche di compagnie aeree come JamboJet che dimostrano di apprezzare le iniziative del territorio promuovendo voli su Malindi a prezzi davvero concorrenziali.
La massiccia promozione della nostra destinazione turistica sta dando i suoi frutti.
Basti pensare all'impegno ed al gran lavoro che la Malindi Watamu Tourism Association sta facendo. L'associazione, che vede collaborare imprenditori e istituzioni per rilanciare il turismo sulla costa, ha già raggiunto importanti obiettivi, primo fra tutti il successo all' African Travel Show di Nairobi con lo stand più in vista dell'intera manifestazione. Molti altri ancora da raggiungere: l'Aeroporto Internazionale di Malindi resta una priorità; nuove rotte già in programma per estendere la nostra offerta turistica a paesi come Uganda, Ruanda ed Etiopia; voli da Milano e Roma per Malindi via Nairobi.
Tutto si sta muovendo nella giusta direzione.
